The whole of the Scriptures points to this truth...that God fashioned us to love us.

As Charles and I are sitting here, discussing faith and the depth of grace, a thought rings in my soul....
God doesn't take you for granted, but cherishes you with an everlasting love.
He who knew you before the forming of the world, who called you out by name and made a place for you through the Cross, loves you with an intensity you cannot fathom.
Can you let yourself trust in such love? Will you let yourself revel in such grace?
We can only really know God by searching out the depths of His love and seeing ourselves within it. For only then, when we comprehend the lengths God went to in order to secure our salvation, can we appreciate the magnitude of His love, grace and mercy.
The whole of the Scriptures points to this truth...that God fashioned us to love us. That He calls us to that love, and that the Cross assures us that we may remain in that love forever.
